Take one of the following...
·         Southern State Parkway to Exit 41A (Sagtikos Parkway) or
·         Northern State Parkway to Exit 45N (Sunken Meadow Parkway) or
·         LIE (495) to Exit 53N (Sunken Meadow Parkway)

Note 1: The Sunken Meadow & Sagtikos Parkways are the same parkways. It is called Sunken Meadow when you are North of the Northern State Pkwy and it is called Sagtikos when you are South of the Northern State Pkwy.	Note 2: There is an Old Indian Head Road and an Indian Head road in Commack. You want "Old Indian Head Road" on the west side of  the parkway.
Directions: Once on the Sagtikos/Sunken Meadow Pkwy, Exit at M3W (Jericho Tpk. West). Make the very first right on to Old Indian Head Rd. Church building is on the right, approximately 50 yards off Jericho Tpk.	Land marks for Old Indian Head Rd. When you exit on to Jericho Tpk. West, there is a Boston Market on the left, and an American Mariner and a Bowling Alley on the Right.
